All Sales are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once an order is placed and shipped, it is considered a final sale.

Why No Returns?

Due to the collectible nature of vintage Beanie Babies, their value is heavily dependent on their specific condition, including the integrity of the heart and tush tags. To ensure the authenticity and "collector status" of our inventory for all customers, we cannot accept items back into our stock once they have left our controlled environment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer returns for "change of mind," we want you to be happy with your purchase.

• Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within [3 or 5] days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.

• Incorrect Item: If we accidentally sent you the wrong plush, let us know immediately and we will make it right.

Condition Transparency

We strive to provide high-resolution photos and detailed descriptions of every Beanie Baby, including any wear on the tags or fabric. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
